Server POPs starting to come back online

It appears that various server Points-Of-Presence (ie sydney, brisbane, and perth) are starting to come back online as we speak. Much of the individual server data is yet to be restored and so your server may not yet be back online.

We are trying to find out whether it is safe to re-create servers yet or not but we suspect that we might be able to do so very soon. The catch will be that any servers we manually re-create instead of restoring from backup will be a clean server and you will need to go back in and set everything up again.

If you are happy to start from a blank server again then please lodge a ticket and we will re-create your server manually as soon as possible. Otherwise we will persist in trying to have the server restored from backup.

We appreciate your patience during this unfortunate event and will be investigating methods to prevent this from happening again.
